On the sunny afternoon of July 24, 2010, while fishing on the Occoquan River, Andrew caught 2 Largemouth Bass.  The estimated water clarity was 1-2 feet while the water temperature was 86 degrees.   The best success was in the afternoon on a low-last of outgoing tide and the best pattern was the ledges and drops using a worm.
Notes: grass and drop offs

On the sunny morning of June 04, 2010, while fishing Spoils, Bell Haven on the Potomac River, Jerry caught 9 Largemouth Bass.  The estimated water clarity was 6 inches - 1 foot while the water temperature was ? degrees.   The best success was in the morning on a low-first of incoming tide and the best pattern was the ledges and drops using a culprit worm.
Notes: 1 snakehead 8lb plus. Spoiles. Bass fishing has been very slow in the washington bridge area. need more weed. noticed three B egles. Cool. All fish caught on a worm. Crank baits and buzz frogs/jerk baits produced nothing. No weed anyway by Blue Pains. Hard to find good fishable weeds any more in the WW bridge area. Guess you have to go south. we did not fish Smoot bay. Maybe I'll give it one more shot before I give up on the WW Bridge area.
