Hi,
I have a very old (looking) vhull Jon Boat. It has been painted many times and I want to remove all of the old paint and renew ( fix small leaks etc). I was thinking of having it sand/water blasted. Would this be an ok idea? If so, any ideas where I could take it to have someone do this for me? I live in Fairfax Co. Thanks,
Scott |

I don't believe I would blast it. Get some stripper and go after it that way. I rebuild HMMWV's for the military and don't blast them for the same reason, the aluminum abrades just as fast as the paint and you will have thin spots in the hull. _________________ My wallet sponsors me!!! |
