Venom Boats Inc. now open

Venom Boats Inc. has opened at 1055 Cardinal Drive in Mountain Home. The business is owned by Edward and Dorothy Fry. According to Terry Pearman, general manager, the business was started because Edward Fry was a bass fishing enthusiast and a tournament angler.

Venom Boats Inc. employs 20 people and manufactures Cobra bass boats of exceptional quality and sells Cobra bass boats factory direct, Pearman said.

Pearman said with first, second and third generation boat builders in the area, it is the bass boat manufacturing capitol. Future plans for Venom Boats Inc. include the possibility of expanding the line of boats to include all purpose utility boats.

Business hours are 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Mondays-Fridays.

This means if you have a problem you have to take the boat to Mountain Home, AK.
